GoAir — Reversal Amount transection ARN number not providing | |||
Dear Sir, go air booking PNR # V65I4C Date of booking : 25/02/2020 reversal amount : 1343.55 I have book a Air Ticket by using my credit card on 25/02/2020. due to pendamic goair has cancelled my booking. and they inciated the transection to same mode of payment. but i have cancelled the my credit card erliear, and i have requested to goair transfer the amount in my personal account.but they have done in same mode of payment. i have check with my credit card provider they requested to me to provide the ARN transection number. then i called customer service they saying we have initiated the amount and we dont have any ARN number or any transection number.
