I bought a Godrej double-door fridge in Feb 2018 and also bought a 5-year AMC for the same. Attaching the details for reference
I am continuously complaining since April 2022 about the fridge not working properly and SInce 27th Sep 2022 my fridge is completely stopped working.
Since then I am asking customer care to fix the issue and today 13 Feb 2023 they are not able to fix the issue. The fridge is not working since 27 Sep 2023. Earlier they used to close the complaint without any mechanic visiting to my home. My parents were always available at home but they keep closing the complaint saying door was locked and nobody was at home
yesterday they said it is 5-year-old model that cannot be repaired.
My question is if they cannot repair it then why they gave 5 year AMC with extra cost. I am very disappointed with their way of handling customer issue.
Now the AMC is going to end on 25 Feb 2023 and they keep closing the complaint saying the engineer visit has done but no one fixed the issue.
