Below complaint mail sent on 28/11/23 marked to all relevant people, is still unresolved and godrej / zopper / snahanjali executives are not responding at all. Long history of repeated CAREless behaviour:
[protected]: godrej eon valor 291 lts 2-door refrigerator purchased from snehanjali electronics & trading pvt ltd. 4, heena gaurav heights, s.V. Road, kandivali (w). Mumbai 400067. Invoice no: 304280/kt/20-21
[protected]: also purchased extended warranty of zopper for the product at same time for 4 years post company warranty. Serial no: 816352
[protected]: first complaint raised as refrigerator was making loud humming sound
[protected]: second complaint raised for fridge door gasket coming out repeatedly
5) mid-augâ2023: same gasket issue reported - zopper tech rohit yadav visited and informed both doors damaged and would be replaced within 7 days free of cost under the extended warranty!!
6) on 7th day from above, after follow-up with afreen from snehanjali / zopper call-centre: sajida madam called to state that if we took replacement of the doors, the extended warranty would lapse!!! we disagreed to this â sajida madam said âwill speak to senior and call backâ
7) âtill 31st august 23, no call received despite trying to connect with sajida madam mANY TIMEs â calls not picked!!! on 31st augâ23 stinker message sent to miss sajida on whatsapp but that too was totally ignored!!!
[protected]: raised complaint on twitter to godrej appliances, whereby they replied on 7th septâ23 that zopper had informed them already my complaint was resolved!!! infurated, i sent very stringent message to sajida on wa, again totally ignored!!!
9) same day, i.E. 7th septâ23 CONTACTed kalpesh at snehanjali, kandivali who informed mr.Richard was the branch manager and he would be back in couple of days, so to raise the complaint to him. In his absence, CUSTOMER has to suffer silently as no one else is competent enough at the store
10) 11th sepâ23 â frustrated, yet without any other option, CONTACTed mr.Richard who promised boldly to get the issue resolved â all ### as we learnt later on
11) since then till today, multiple medium and multiple people including so called âescalation headsâ raj srivastava and partha ghosh chowdhary from zopper and a persistently idiotic âlisaâ from godrej appliances twitter account, and intermittent on-call fake promises by service centre head raj singh, the complaint is still not resolved completely â we had to accept half resolution as your so called âcompetentâ staff came with one door that too without shelves and old doorâs shelves do not fit the new door!!!
12) âtill date the door has been affixed without shelves and our old door is still kept in out home as piece of junk because we are not sure of zopperâs copetence whether the shelves when sent would fit the overall appliance or not!!!
13) and neither raj srivastava â the so portrayed omnipotent escalation senior nor the high and mighty raj singh bother to answer calls! in fact raj singh has the audacity to reply to my wa message that since he was driving didnât take my calls for 4 days in a row â is he service centre head or a tour driver????
on 1st december 23 after much follow-ups and goof-ups by supervisor raj singh of jogeshwari service centre new door was delivered and fixed without shelves! old door shelves did not fit the new door and we were again promised new shelves within 7 days, 'till now no such shelves received and now no one is responding!!!
now, we demand compensation for the suffering ordeal undergone by us for last over 4 months and thoroughly callous and CAREless behaviour of zopper, snehanjali and godrej consumer products employees and agents!!!
we have all the proof needed to substantiate the above mentioned ordeal.
