I’ve had similar issues with the rental helpdesk. They’re not reliable and they have complete disregard for your property. I provided them and trusted them with my keys about six months ago. I’ve heard nothing from them since then. After emailing them several time I realize that I’m not gonna get a response from them. I finally found another realty agent that is quite aggressive and honest in their services. Within two days of getting the keys back from Godrej they were able to find a renter. However we could not get the place rented because someone from the Godrej rental department left the window open in the flat. That allowed birds into the flat make a mess. That’s taken several days to clean the flat and sanitize it. This company only responds when you make public complaints. Until then nothing happens at the Godrej. This is specific to Garden City only. Several of my family members own Godrej properties in Mumbai and they have had no issues. It is only the Garden City team that is highly unreliable and untrustworthy.

Thanks for replying on my complaint. Much appreciated. Godrej has taken my complaint seriously and Ms Niharika has contacted me with assurances to provide full support on and when required.
Rental team has also contacted and prioritize my request to place a tenant on my property.
I am happy now with the proactive approach and efforts Godrej team is putting now to address my grievance.
I will be withdrawing my complaint as soon as the result shows. Rest assure my complaint is not against a person, rather against the system, which should be in place when Godrej promises with NRI customers.
I am sure I should be a happy customer in near future. Thank you Godrej once again for your prompt efforts.
