I have given complaint regarding my safe locker display to godrej customer care.
As they arranged a person for the same they had charged me Rs500 for the same and told me your xyz part is not working and it will charge to some where about 1800 to 2000.
After that I called them multiple times that your person had not arrived so they came after a month for service. The Same day he asked me Rs3500 for that part (may be he thought to take an extra amount from me)
After that I said him that you had told me this will cost me somewhere about 2000 and I had already paid him Rs500 for this visit which he said will be deducted when you pay for the part which is not working.
After that he started to bargain with me for the part and he said I'll take 2800 for the same and I asked him for price list or connect a call with your boss, so he refused and later I thought he must be fraud person and I told him to go.
After that I raised another complaint but I had not received any resolution for the Same in past 1year.
I had also received a call from service team but again they where asking me visiting charges Rs600 .
My question is first also I had paid Rs500 which is my loss and again why should I pay Rs600 for loss which has been caused to me because of Godrej company.
Kindly take some strict action against the service team. And help me to resolve my issues
