[Resolved] Gojavas Courier — No delivery after payment

i order a side bag from you website . the order is in the delivery center from the date 30/7/2016.
i have called the delivery gojavas approx. 7 times and asked them to place the delivery after 3 pm, i ll only be available after 3 pm . still these guys are attempting the delivery at 11 am morning .7 days i am calling daily to the customer care they say the delivery will be soon still they came at 11 am .
and know they are saying they cant help out they have attempted maximum time
may i know my fault??
is this the services provogue & gojavas give to there customer .
let me know if i am going to get my delivery or i have lost my money // the mistake was i paid you guys early.
gojavas is the worst service . i have caaled these guys 7 times still they dont get that i want the courier after 3 pm omg .
