I purchased a Gopro Hero Black 8 on feb 2020, It had a standard one year warranty, but now the gopro started glitching and refused to come on, and if it came on it went off automatically. Proof of Purchase provided as requested.

They worked on trouble shooting Steps
Did everything and mentioned that it is the camera and since its out of warranty cannot do much. Asked me take it to a local shop and get it fixed.
The customer service had a very racist tone, just because it was established i was from India. No help was offered at all, and there are no places equipped to repair these cameras Was this information helpful? |
