The Product was ordered on 18 April 2022. Till now there is no response.
Request for delivery or refund are not answered.
Mails and watsapp are not answered properly. There is no direct number to contact.

Hi Ajai,

Please note that the package was dispatched from our end via Delhivery, the package was lost by them in transit which was marked by them on 19th May 2022, we have received a credit note of the same from them and would be issuing your refund.

A partial refund of Rs. 10500 was already processed to you on 20 April 2022, we would issue refund for rest of your amount once you remove your defamatory review only.

Also, with regards to your message that we haven’t updated you via WhatsApp, please check chat history we have updated you on 17th May 2022 and we are co-ordinating with the courier team on the issue.

Thus, please don’t post incomplete and defamatory reviews which doesn’t reflect the complete information. It’s a punishable offence under Section 499 of Indian Penal Code.
