Hi this is vinay, i ordered skullcandy ear phones rupees of 199 but order is not success when i complete the payment and my amount is debited from my freecharge account i have payment ORDER ID (PAUBIZ [protected]).i contacted several times grablon but they are not responding.i contacted my freechage care they told me and sent me email detailed transaction to payubiz no with transaction id [protected].toady also i contacted grablon customer complaint no but they are not responding, please solute my problem as soon as possible and i atteched transaction msg screenshot refund. please refund my money

Its a dublicate headphones delivered to me..its not jbl its a local product which is delivered...i want to return my product asap
