Dear sir i am devendra chary, i have ordered jbl and skulcandy earphones from grablon.com shopping on 25/09/2016.
My payment has successfully deducted from my account but from day one my order status showing as packed only till now there is no mail from them and i didn't received any updates regarding my products. Every time one voice message will come that all are customer care agents are busy when i tried to contact customer care. Please take action
