I Neeta Devi and my husband visited your office on 20 Jan 2019 at Thane in waves the boutique 2nd floor building, flower valley, opposite to Viviana Mall eastern express way on the basis of many call received from sales girls and staff of concerned company those who have met in R mall and asked to fill up a coupen on 19 Jan 2019. On phone they said to come in this office to collect the gift of rs 99000/- thousand. on arrival in office they did not gave gift but they started to explain me regarding offers on domestic holidays packages. They explained lot of attractive offers verbally only. by this i liked it and got ready for membership. They took Rs.85000/- from me. and at last they gave us a vouchers/coupen booklet, which is not a gift as per they have invited us. on arrival at home and security the concerned company feed back and service quality, it is found that this company feed back is very very poor and fraud. lot of complaints have already registered to refund their amount. That time I was also shocked. Sir my husband is in army. and unable to fight this company to refund our money. in this regard i have also informed to Mr Rakesh Yadav, Mrs Saylee Kadam, staff of that company and moreover they have collected money from us. to cancelled our membership and refunded our money. this money is of our hardwork. My husband is serving is many remote location to earn money. But this fake company earns money by means of fraud and fake statement basis.
i am really worried about the amount i have paid. kindly refund my money at the earliest.
