I had purchased an lg fridge on 07/01/2014 from the greendust branch in trivandrum, kerala. The product defect that the agent told us was a small dent on the fridge possibly that might have occurred during transportation of the same.
After few months o[censored]sing the refrigerator it was noted that the same does not cool. I had raised a complaint to which the same was rectified within a week.
Now again, the product shows signs of water leakage from the refrigerator for which i had raised a compliant on
10/09/2014 with the complaint number 015171. And greendust had sent a technician to rectify the same. Surprisingly, the technician told that this happens in all refrigerators. Our family have been using refrigerators from different companies and none have showed the same issue. Hence was surprised on hearing this. When asked, he said that this is why greendust has reduced the cost of the product. I told the technician that while selling the product to us it was told that there is only a dent on the top of the refrigerator and never knew that they provide sub standard products. The technician went back without repairing.
I called the customer service department again on 15/09/2014 to say that the issue has not been rectified and the agent told that he has forwarded the complaint to the senior management and they will send the technician the same day. But there has been no response.
I urge you kindly take the product back and provide us with a replacement or pay back the amount that was spend on this defective product, as this is the second time that i am raising a complaint within a year for using the product of your company.
