order placed and amount been debited from account but the order is also not reflecting neither has the amount been credited back to my account.

I have ordered on 21st March and the delivery date was 27th March but 27th they changed the delivery date without inform me. When I report an issue they are replying after 15min, 30min and close the issue immediately with mark as resolved. I had ordered on 18.03.2020 under order id-ord[protected] for delivery 22..03.2020 but they had re-schedule my order for 29.03.2020. Now grofers again re-schedule for 14.04.2020. It is unbearable. You can understand, in this time necessity of food for my family.
I request you to resolve my problem and ask to grofers for deliver my order as soon as possible.

order delivery date rescheduled after I made payment

While adding to cart, the site showed me Tuesday 24th March as the delivery time. But after i paid the money it rescheduled the date to 31st March?

This is dishonesty. Website should inform the correct delivery date before collecting payment. Pls cancel my order and refund money....

There is no response from the grofers team..

My order was placed on 20/01/2020 and they were to deliver it on 22nd.. But they rescheduled it to 29th.. But didnt deliver it again.. And now they have rescheduled it to 8/02/2020.. The amount of 1389/- has been pre paid by card.. I contacted them several times.. But no response.. Few of the contact numbers are in-correct. This cant go on like this.. Either i get back the amount...
