I purchased a spa from Dreamz salon and spa on Dec 17th but at that time it was failed due to technical issue. But my money got debited. So refund my money back as I didn't receive any mail stating that. Seriously disappointed with the service. My purchase ID is 6067328. Refu d the money ASAP. I purchased through nearbuy.com as my friend suggested but it's pathetic. If you can't place an order when we wanted then why do you want to charge the customer. Refund the money ASAP or I am taking it further
