Gruha Kalyan — Not responding & refunding the Money

I made a payment of 13.2 lakhs for Gladiolus a year back, there is no progress, the CRM's were been changed a couple of times & the last CRM Shalini told us that the project is now in litigation.
But when asked for re-fund, they stopped all communications, thout & en we visited there office at HSR layout and found that the office is also closed .
Please help me

We booked 18 months back . paid about 5.10 lakhs for lavender project

few days back they told(gruha kalyan) . mr jaggi told project is not going further. and gave a commitment letter for 3rd week of feb for indranagar project(ertiga) .

after that no news of them
