Gruha Kalyan — Office closed. No one responding. Invested for rose 1 project

Hi,

I have invested 8 lakh inr for two 2 bhk flats in gruha kalyan. Its been 21 months now but till the land acquisition is not yet completed. Every month i visited to office they say it will be register in next month and the time never cam till to now. Now i want to go for cancellation but office is closed. The phone number what i had from gruha kalyan executive is switched off.
Please raise a concern and guide me on how to get back the money.
