Gruha Kalyan — Refund cheque bounced

Hi,

I had booked flat in Gladiolus project on 16 July 2016 and after going through the forums as well as after discussing with few more people I realized that they are not trust worthy. I went for cancellation after a day which they clearly denied. After several attempts and lot of follow up they finally accepted cancellation and it took two and a half months to get the Post dated cheque which was getting valid after another one month. When I was finally able to submit the cheque, it bounced due to insufficient funds. They are now asking to collect cash from their office after returning the bounced cheque, which seems even more fishy. What should I do to get my hard earned money back? Please help.
