I had done general service for my Slavia 1.0 Tsi on 23/4/2024. I had requested for a general service and NO other extra services were approved by me . I was never informed by service advisor PRAKASH that extra V.A.S( value added services) were being done to my car. During billing these services were deceptively added to my bill without my knowledge and approval, thereby inflating the bill by Rs.5, 118 extra. I have complained to the CRM regarding this issue but as expected she was only supporting her company staff without considering my issue. The other phone numbers given on whats app for service complaints of the service manager, general manager, CDM all were not responding since 2 days, how ever i have sent sms to all of them regarding this issue. Still no response.
Worst service center as i had to wait 1 hour for the service advisor to allot my car even though I had an appointment and another 1.5 hours delay to collect my car after service, worst customer care and fraud service billing by inflating charges. Was this information helpful? |
