Gws Dailydeals.com — order not received

I booked a gionee s6s 3gb ram 32gb rom (Mocha gold) on 01.01.2017 in a deal as given by the company. I was informed that i will receive my product within 15 days of placing the order but till now i haven't received my order. I was also informed that i would have to pay only the amount as depicted in the deal which have been already paid in full by me.

My order no. Is - 32244 and the order was placed on january 1, 2017. After a year have passed still i haven't received my order.

Hence, i request to kindly refund my money at the earliest.
