We registered a complaint for our washing machine long time back. Technician came after 7 days and told us that some part was missing. Than he came back with the part after another 7 days and fixed it. Though the machine was under warranty he took 590 rs as a service charge. Soon after he left, washing machine was not working properly again and same problem occurred. Now we are trying to contact them for last 5 days but no one is picking up the call nor anyone responding to our problem. We are using Haier products for a long time now and this is a very bad response from Haier to a loyal customer. Very disappointed with the service and i think ill never buy any Haier product from today.
