Dear Team,
My family travelled in the hans travel bus on 3 july 2021 from jaipur to indore with PNR no.[protected] at time 03-jul-3031 9:25 pm pickup and 8:25 am (4-jul-2021) in indore .
We have booked AC bus but AC of the working is not working and got demand many times at we reach the destination on 3: pm 04-jul-2021 instead of 8:25 am .
We have faced many issues while travelling, as my work also gets hampered because we have booked the return ticket for the same days .
Due to being late, I have not completed my work.
At the time of return we booked a ticket with - booking id[protected] but this time has been updated and we have booked the ticket for seat 1, 2, 3 due to kids .
Bus has been changed with the time being updated as 10 :00 pm and still not also updated as 23, 24, 25 and reached late at 12:00 .
Kindly consider this as the complaint otherwise I will raise the concern further .
Requesting you to kindly Refund my amount for all the ticket with above PNR and booking id .
