Please take suitable action what i am sharing with you.
I have booked bus tickets for my parents which was scheduled on 04.Jun.2021 07:30PM
Parents received call from Hans for changing bus time by 05:20PM reporting time. However, bus was reached there by 06:45PM.
Then bus dropped them somewhere on a hotel and then their struggle was started to catch another bus of Hans.
They have waited almost an hour in the mid night and then finally they catch the bus by 02:00AM.
Now pls tell, after charged rs 1000/- per person, is this your service to treat the customer??
Also pls note this is pandamic everywhere and you must try to keep them safe while they travel with you.
Give me reason on mail otherwise i will take it up further.
