Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint/grievance. I have a Havells Max RO purifier which was serviced last month on March 29. I have paid (Rs.7848) for 2yr AMC warranty for which I haven't received any documents. But technician hasn't provided any bills or receipts for AMC. He said he will send it through WhatsApp later. He has only sent a bill for the service charges (attached below), after almost a month...

Our Havells water purifier is continuously flashing a mysterious PCEr message, which seems to be some sort of error. The machine does not beep, but as such, the message appears every 10 seconds or so. We don't know it it is an error.or we can let it be.

Please guide us...

I have registered a service request for installing my new lloyd AC purchased on 14/04/2024 and got delivered on 15/04/2024 and at the same day itself service request has been registered. Unfortunately, till now nobody has contacted me . We have done latest service on 20/12/23 with proper candle changes with one year warranty but still filter is not working properly.
Every year we are facing same issue.
kindly check and replace the filter....

I have raised the complaint so many times for the product Induction Stove Model: INSTA COOK TC16 purchased from SWETA TRADING CO. Gandhinagar. But no body is responding till the date.

We had purchased 2 Ceiling fans of Havells from Rupam Novelties Juhu on 17/10/23. After initial use the fans started making noise. We complained to the customer care and their service person attended to it on more than 10 occasions but the problem persists. The motor heats up on use and the starts making a noise. This is regarding wrong installation of Havells Octet Under light 1320mm Ceiling Fan (Wenge Brushed Nickel) fan by service technician resulted in trimming the size of bottom canopy of fan.

Absolutely disappointed with the service from Havells!
