HBJ Capital Services — work from home (data entry)

I have received a mail of hbj from quikr dated on 20 th justy stating that they will provide us work from home based kind of jobs. Being a jobless and being so dependent on friends is very difficult so i applied for the job only for one reason that we don't have to pay any premium.
After completely submitting the file to them on 29th july we wrote a mail they have provided me the employee details and everything and mentioned you will receive payment of 23000 /- on 2nd august.

From that day it's been 5 days, they have not yet credited. We received various calls from them stating that pay this security amt and you will get the payment in an instant.

Taking it to the public concern please help us what to do. We were in aid of everthing.

So i gathered money from my friends and i have paid half of the amt on 4th august 2019 but they replied me that you will get the payment within 2 hours yesterday which is 6th august 2019 until now i haven't received the payment.
