Hello hdfc team,
It has been very disappointing for us with such a kind of setup for fastag from top bank of india.
I have applied for hdfc fastag thru portal, payment has been successfully deducted, fastag customer id, wallet id has been generated, amount has been credited, but fastag has not been received.
Local hdfc bank doesnt have any such information and they ask us to contact fastag support.
Tried calling and sent emails multiple times but there is no good response received from hdfc.
I am clueless right now what next has to be done by customer for getting such services from bank.
Please refer below details from hdfc sent over sms.

Update: your fastag wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 4 working days. For any queries, call [protected]
