This is regarding my HDFC crest policy for which I normally get many vague calls . When you ask for any kind of information regarding the policy that is not available .Understanding this I contacted HDFC LIFE customer care and their corporate but to my surprise instead of listening to my issue the concerned person routed my call to customer care .
Today as on date some agent code is attached to my policy and again to my surprise the concerned agent has never contacted me in last 8 years and imparted me any kind of information on this policy .
I request the concerned team to first of all remove the agent code stop all commission imparted against my policy and refund the same to my fund value
Atleast when the company sell the product there should be someone should be there to take care of customer issues, which is not at all happening Was this information helpful? |
