Respected sir,
I would like to inform you that i have taken a health policy for my wife in last September that is September 2020 for only one year.
Policy no is [protected] ( HEALTH)
Expiry Date: 29-sep-2021.
I have also sent a email for cancellation of this policy on 04/09/2020 but nobody gave the response of my mail. And nobody is receiving the call when i was calling to customer care no that’s why i have sent mail.
Today that is on 01/10/2020 i have received a message from HDFC ERGO that the amount has been debited from your credit card against health policy. This is fraud with customer.
They are doing renew the policy without request from customer. They are renew the policy without permission of Customer

It is my humble request to please take any action against HDFC ERDO and get my refund that was debited from my account today approx 5900 rs
