I had received the contents of this order on 30th August. On checking the contents on 31st August (night), the carton was intact but the protein box was completely damaged, the cap came off without any effort (seal was intact) and the contents of the box were leaking through multiple pinholes on the protective cover of the box.
I called the customer care helpline on 1st September and shared an e-mail complaint as well (before 48 hours period as mentioned in healthkart guidelines).
I requested them to provide a replacement or refund for the same as the product was heavily damaged. But the company executives have denied my refund request stating that the order was shipped in good condition and the carton was not damaged, hence a refund/replacement cannot be provided.
This is completely unfair, as the carton not being damaged or the product being shipped in good condition does not change the fact that the product that i received was damaged.
Request you to please replace the product or atleast arrange a refund for the same
