Healthspring — Absolutely worst place to work

As an ex employee who is now being sent legal notices to keep my mouth shut, I think I need to put some facts out for public about this organization:

1) This is a nightmare organization to work for Medical professionals, they make doctors sign bonds at the time of joining, which means you pay if you leave.

2) Any person leaving cannot work with other medical / healthcare companies else the company sends you a legal notice and starts harassing you. They dont tell you this at the offer stage but slip this in your appointment letter which if your lucky you get only when you join.

3) They don't treat real diseases only hard sell health packages

4) They con corporate and factories about their medical protocols but they don't have any trained staff or processes They have very few remaining doctors on rolls rest all have run away or left.

5) Chairman only keeps doing webinars giving gyaan which they steal from the internet

6) CEO is into numbers manipulation to fool investors who has not even visited his centers in past 3 years.

I am being targeted as I was vocal about these bad practices as I cannot compromise on ethics in healthcare but now they have begun defaming me.

Wonder when will their investors wake up and stop funding these quacks
