Hero Electric — Hero HX battery issue for last three month

Dear Sir I have a optima hx, it’s battery was failed in warranty period on 2 nov 2023, your dealer chandraprabhu marketing generated a TFR against claim no B 607 on 3 nov 23, but still after 4 months I have not received my new battery from plant, so if you can provide a new battery within 15 days then okay otherwise I will move to consumer court. Thanks
