dear sir/mam, iam aruna.iam a regular customer of hetero pharmacy chennai adambakkam. Every month iam making purchases of medicines worth 2000/- in that same shop. on 12.01.2015 i made a purchase of fluconazole tablets zocon brand.for 670/- there occured serioous problems with lady staff (not at all pharamacist)which was not taken seriously even though it was reported to supervisor Mr.Hariharan and Mr.Ravi his head.
1.Billing old MRP rate(Old stock s rate) for new stock Instead of new stocks s rate . this is an repeatedly happenng fraudulent task in that medical shop
2.the two lady staff(slumside ladies) working there causes heavy mental torture and great depressing by repeatedly making continous calls to me with rubbish words in local chennai tamil mentioning i have paid less amount that the bill amount. hence come and pay or she ll call the police and beat me.she also balackmailed me if i make any complaint about her to anyone or to police that ill be not able to walk on that road with clothes wore on.
the supervisor Mr.Hariharan coordially supports and encourages this fraudulent task of his staff slumside ladies (noon-pharmacist)and irrespective manner of conversation in local chennai tamil with rubbish words with worth customer like me. Was this information helpful? |
