I bought a laptop bag in September 2020 when the entire world was shut on full price from so called put leather reputed bag company Hidesign being a loyal old customer from Ambience mall in Delhi. Unfortunately, the second wave of covid 19 we did not go to office and the bag was unused for almost a year. When I opened this bag it had cracks in the leather. On going back to the shop they told me they will send it back for quality check. No once got back to be from the shop. After almost a month I called and went to the shop and they gave me a polished bag with the same cracks. They said they will send the bag back to Pondicherry again and talk on urgent basis. It has been more than 2 months. Nothing has happened. I called today and I still get an answer that they will get a coating done.
It is not expected from a genuine company like Hidesign to sell old and damaged product. The customer service is absolutely dissatisfying and if this is the way an old customer is catered then I think it is important for people to know that Hidesign us anything but genuine leather.
I hope this matter will be looked into so that more people are not cheated. If we purchase something worth 15-20k it better be genuine. Was this information helpful? |
