I have taken the subscription for Hindustan times newspaper directly from HT Media Limited for 24 Months and also paid the advance as required in the said scheme. In the month of august 2021 i have requested HT media to change my residential address for delivery of Newspaper from Rohini to Dwarka. The new address is also changed by the HT media.

From the day one vendor is asking for Rs. 20/- per month for extra and the same thing is also communicated to HT Media official deputed in Dwarka from the day one.

Now again the vendor is pressuring us to give extra Rs. 20/- otherwise they will not deliver the paper as per the scheme of HT Media. As per scheme all the money is taken in advance and there are no charges to be paid by the customer to the vendor as per following:

"The newspaper vendor will collect each month's payment at the end of that month in form of the coupon. Please hand over the coupons in exchange for the monthly services. "

Kindly look into this and do the needful as your vendor is pressurizing us and your executive is in mute stage. Maybe this is the nexus between vendors and executives of HT media as your company has distributed such coupons in thousands or lakh...see the amount collected from customers in Delhi-NCR alone ranging between Rs.20/- to Rs. 50/- as told by the vendor.

Kindly look into this and instruct your officer to stop this type of pressure tactics to harass the customer in the name of only a small amount as told by the vendor...Kya fark padta hai sir its only 20 rupees for you otherwise 50 rupee chal raha hai.

I have sent the above mail to HT Media and communication is still going on but they are reluctant to solve this as HT Media employees are making unauthorize money may be in several crores all over india as per their scheme of advance subscription. Kindly look into this and stop such type of harassments from HT Media & their vendors.
