I purchased 01 no of Hindware 25L Storage water Geyser (SWH2501D, white) from Flipkart on 20/01/2022.
The geyser is malfunctioning, water is not heating. The matter has been given a complaint to customer care executives repeatedly and false promises made by them of repairing it by sending their representatives. But to date, no one visited my premises to repair it.
My complaint Ticket I'd: WHRSYL05WB0019 dated: 05/12/2023. Now, it is winter and hot water is required for my old-aged parents.
Please check my complaint history multiple breakdowns occurred of that geyser in just one plus years, which is unacceptable from such a reputed company. Plus I am thinking that if this multiple breakdown occurs in different areas even within this short period, I don't know exactly if I can use this product in the future with such high maintenance cost. Therefore I request you if possible kindly replace the product with a new one or else I won't find if I can use this product in coming future.
