Seven days back i contacted hireach executive for connection shifting complaint. I was told that the connection shifting charges would be 200rs. I mentioned to him that last month when my package was expired, i told the customer care executive that i would have a new connection to avoid any shifting charges, but the customer care executive mentioned to me that we will do it for free, you can recharge your package now. So i recharged with 1 year package on june 10th."
After this conversation the executive agreed to do it for free.
But no one came for next 3 days even after repetitive calls. All i was told everyday till today that it will be finished by today but no technician came till now. So after 3 days i raised a complaint in my account and even after that no one came for next two days even after repetitive calls mentioning the importance of wifi as i need it to do' work from home'. Two days back morning, an executive came to collect the documents and mentioned that the shifting charges would be 500rs as there is no box in this apartment. I feel like the 500rs charges for shifting connection is outrageous, that too with this much of delay. Now even after agreeing to that amount till now no technician came for the visit and it's been 7 days that i'm facing this issue now. For working people that's very problematic as the mobile internet speed won't suffice to work.
I've even contacted the nodal officer through mail but even the manager was very irresponsive. Yesterday i've requested for the refund of the amount i've paid for the one year plan so that i could opt for another network wi-fi but still there is no response from them.
