[Resolved] Home Credit — Fraudulent debit of money from account and continuous harassment

I took a loan for my laptop from home credit India under super zero offer and even after complete payment of my loan amount in accordance to the contract and home credit team acknowledging the fact that all my dues are clear they debited an unauthorized and extra ecs from account against the closed contract and now after continuous calls to their customer executive they are refusing to help and hindering the process with futile excuses. I have provided home credit with all the necessary details required and asked by their customer care executive and manager.
