There are 2 emails with different instructions is sent to me.
1) I received an email on 21st July at 10:58am, informing me the again and asking me to contact you guys in the August first week and you guys will issue the settlement letter.
2) Again I received a different email on 22 Jul 2023, 12:39, informing me the same amount and asking me to contact before July ends if I accept the offer, which I did and sent the email. However I never received any updates or replies from the team .
It is too much confusion for me as I stand where no confirmation is provided from your team.
I have asked for the callback to solve and explain me the same yet I have not received a single call and the Twitter team says that they are working on this. I don't understand what they are working on as there is nothing to work on anymore. I already got the email I just want more clarification on this.
Its already 26th July and the Harrassment will start again by 1st August so I need to solve this and get the settlement letter. Please need immediate assistance Was this information helpful? |
