I have received end number of calls from home credit. I took loan for a I phone mobile to which I have paid the balance amount as a settlement amount as discussed with one of the collection dept. Person . Now they state it's not taken.. some of the caller says we have received however it was sent beyond given period so settlement is null n void. Some callers doesn't have any information regarding the payment. But they do not forget to call and harass my sister . This loan was taken under her name. I have talked for max 1hr. With so many of their telecallrs but they do not understand anything. Neither have decency to talk nor has any evidence of the payment. I have all the evidence to support my claim.
