[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — loan amount not received yet | |||
I applied for a 50k loan on 16th may through home credit online website it was approved on same day but i didn't get the loan amount yet.. And when i called to your customer executive he told me that the loan amount was already credited.. Then i sent you the screenshot of my bank statement then they registered my complain and they told me they will response in 7working days. On 25th may i received mail from your side that your complain was closed.. And when i again called you your reprentative told me to send my statement in pdf form.. After that i sent my bank statement in pdf form so many times but whenever i called in homecredit your executive always told me that they didn't get any mail from my side.. It's ridiculous.. Also ask to send email of PDF copy but after 2 days their executive repeat same mails to us.. It is ridiculous to deal with Home credit.
