How I will say such bad customer
Experiences from such big auto brand HONDA.I gone dt 29.08.14 such an auspicious day GANESH PUJA with full amount with company Rs 54107/-
DD except accessory amount they refused to deliver the vehicle from UTKAL HONDA
sales person mr.manoj ku behera with a very rude behave.when i insisted is that
Accessories are from HONDA company provided, he said no they purchase from
locals & charging much more price than from actual but company knows very
well but keep silent.When i asked to meet manager but they refused to meet.such
Worst customer experience for saling their cheap type accessories they sucking
Customer hard money.where the hell is politeness or the saying Customer is King
and treat them nicely. I am really pissed off with this disgusting service and
bad sales representatives.
I am also working under the group of
Shapoor & Pallonji but i never ever get such erratic customer manner-less
& non sense communication for sale
of accessories which really affect company standard & recruitment of dealer
for sailing the their good product.
Now I booked my order with utkal
honda in cuttack orissa also collected receipt from him. I would like remind
you If I will not get my activa with in 5 days I will filed the case of
customer harassment against HONDA as well as m/s UTkal auto both to pull you
company to consumer forum.
I never ever suggest anybody buying
from utkal auto buxi bazaar cuttack orissa.
