Bought Honda Highness 350 from BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum Showroom in Sept 2022.
i have availed B2B Insurance through BIGWING CBC Honda including RSA service.
i have been experiencing very irresponsible services and support form BIGWING CBC Honda ever since. I have paid for extra accessories Bike Number Plate Frame/Cover Set of Two along the delivery.
I got a warning lamp in cluster in October month and as advised by BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum, I brought my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Honda Attingal Service center.
I got experienced very pathetic service from Attingal Service center at that time, as No equipment were available to detect the warning lamp issue and to install extra accessories Bike Number Plate Frame/Cover.
I have forced to brought my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum Service center to rectify the issues but failed in initial visit.
Unfortunately I met with an accident on 24th Oct 2022 at 13:00 hr in Medical College road, Trivandrum. Thanks to Honda for the amazing Vehicle, its features and stability which prevented from major injuries.
Since I have opted for RSA, requested there services at 14:45hr and we waited till 18:00hr to get a positive response. We have made multiple follow up to get the service faster but it was waste of time.
We got informed by RSA team after 18:00hr only where RSA team was around 15km away from us and they couldn’t even confirm at what time they can reach to us.
Since I realize waiting for RSA will lead me to reach home late night, and I was not in a situation to wait more for a irresponsible assistance with my health & mental condition, decided to bring my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Karamana Trivandrum service entre in my own expenses and spent not less than Rs 4000/- on that night (Manpower to lift up & Down the vehicle from Pickup van and Pick up Van Cost etc…)
Even after all these happened, I dragged into the next level o[censored]nethical support by BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum.
BIGWING CBC Honda Bigwing ruthlessly denied Cashless Insurance facility, which made me very disappointed to being a Premium two wheeler owner. This was happened where Non premium Honda two wheelers getting Cashless benefit from non Bigwing Service centers and other Bigwing Dealerships provides in other locations.
Infact I was not able to be silent, made complaints to honda several time w.r.t the ticket no[protected].
The single man complaint never made any change in providing cashless benefits or providing compensation from RSA for my loss. RSA tried contacting me and tried to settle me with an amount of 2000/- after multiple discussion which was not acceptable to me.
I have requested service center to adjust the amount paid to extra accessories initally as it was not installed. But my request too got refused and I maid from my pocket to get my vehicle ready and waited for insurance reimbursement, which gave me another shock.
An amount not less that 3500 deducted from insurance claim stating Processing fee & Salvage charges for metal parts. I have no clue or intimation regarding this charges prior to my repair/ vehicle insurance inspections. Which was a clear cheating to customer.
I highlighted these issues with Bigwing BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum, but the responses from service manager was very pathetic.
• Free Helmet along with new vehicle is not yet provided
• Amount paid for extra accessories not yet installed, and my request to refund/Adjustment in other accessories which I purchased got refused. Amount still with BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda
• B2B Insurance taken from Bigwing BIGWING CBC Honda and denied to provide Cashless benefit for the Premium vehicle, where Honda Non- Premium service centers & Bigwing other Dealership providing this facility.
• RSA opted while purchasing the vehicle is waste service and made me loss of Rs 4000/- and Health/ mental depression.
• Insurance Reimbursement was a cheating process which made me loss of 3500/- and more.
I’m very much afraid to take my vehicle into BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum as these much issues I have forced to experience and no solution or kindness extended by service center.
