Honda 2 Wheelers India — Manager not dealing good

Sir i purchase a new activa on 2nd november from raj honda agency patran
but after 45 days my activa's tax no fill by the agency i purchase my activa on cash i pay full payment in advance
but agency manager is not treat well.
My activa stand at home because rc is not ready and number is not issue because tax is not pay by the manager
sir please my request to you give my rc and number and tell us
