Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is Mohammad Atif Ansari I had booked an Activa 6G Premium Edition from Jhaveri Honda Kurla Zillion Park Branch on 05/01/2023 for a Sum of 98800 Rs/-, The sales person who assisted me and took my booking was Mohammad Halim.
I paid the full amount in cash the Invoice I recieved was of Rs 98000/-, but he took Rs/- 98800 in cash from me.I told him to refund the difference amount he rejected my plea again& again by saying that they made a mistake and the amount is 98800/-.
He aslo didn't Inform that I had to take delivery of the vehicle 18 KM away from my location while the time of booking.He informed me about the same after generating the Invoice.
Today on[protected] when I went to take the delivery of the vehicle the lady told me the final Invoice amount is of 98000 and not 98800/- which I informed the same to the sales Person Mohammad Halim he said she is telling lies and the amount is 98800.
Also when my vehicle arrived it had multiple scratches and paint had bubbles when I informed him he took the vehicle and sent it for correction but after recieving the vehicle for the second time it had defects on the body.
I informed him the same he resent the vehicle for correction while waiting for the vehicle I called the sales person but he started using foul language and abuses.
I said I want my complete refund but he denied and told me in foul language that do what ever you want you ain't getting any refund. Was this information helpful? |
