Subject: PGM - FI (Programmed Fuel Injection) malfunction indicator lamp ON & Second Gear Sounds / Pick up Problem.

Respected Sir / Madam,

i have being given my bike Honda Shine 125 Disc Black Color Motorcycle (Chassis No : ME4JC85DAND003805 / Engine No : JC85ED2025207 / Reg.No :MH 04 LA7935) to regular service as per protocols and i have a complaint about :

1] Fuel Injection is getting ‘On ‘frequently and when we take to service about 2 to 3 times they just reset it and tell us about again it wont get on, but unfortunately it again get on which it should not be as per the rules and protocols.

2] Second gear is making the sound which is complaint just after buying the bike after 3 days. So service centre and showrooms instructors said us that it will be resolve in 2 to 3 service but after 3 time service aslo the problem won’t get resolve.

3] Pick up problem is aslo getting appear simultaneously as per the protocols your product are not given the good pick up .
