On 4th Oct 2021, when I had gone to get my car repaired of ignition issue my car was hit by another car which was being driven by a technician of Frontier Honda Gurgaon. When I asked the General Manager Rishi Kr Handa for compensation then he denied also the staff at the service station misbehaved.
The Technicians and supervisors were in NO control of the General Manager Rishi Kr Handa and were non apologetic when the GM asked them how and why they drove rashly resulting in damaging the car.
Looking at the shady work culture and non committal attitude of the GM and staff I came back with out getting my car repaired.
The GM refused to do any compensation but yes offered to repair the car but looking at the staff behaviour and zero control of the GM on the staff I decided not to get the car repaired from Frontier and moved to Ring Road Honda Gurgaon where I got the car repaired but not the dent which happened due to Frontier Gurgaon Technician.
Please compensate in cash the damage done to my car so that I can get it repaired from a good Honda service center.
