Please consider this as high priority complaint
For my car KA 09ME 1118 ( Honda city Ivtech) registered from Mysore and bought from Inspire Honda show room there is problem with infotainment system, I have been raising complaint from Aug 25th 2021 in the show room and I am getting reply that we have placed complaint with Honda and till now I am not getting problem resolved
There is serious inconvenience caused with below problems as infotainment system is not working
1. Rear camera not working
2. Not able to connect my phone with Bluetooth
3. Not able to connect totally as touch screen is not working
Can you guys please help to resolve this issue, my car system still is in warranty period
I knew Honda is famous for his customer care, but I never expected this type of service from your end, is this the treatment given for any customer? Was this information helpful? |
