I had booked a electrician from house joy... It was a simple job of checking the fan wiring, he told me regulator is faulty and has to be replaced, which we got a new regulator and got it replaced, for which he charged 500 for 30 minutes of work... And within 2 hours it stopped working... And when i called the electrician he started rejecting the calls... I complained to house joy and later this electrician calls and disconnects, and when i call him back, he rejects the call, meanwhile i get a mesg from housejoy that, my agent is trying to reach u pls pick call, housejoy wake up and change your cordination process, take customer confirmation on concalls with technicians, otherwise your brand will be shutdown shortly, these technicians communicate false onsite details and charge the customer heavily, i will never take up your services again in future... A very bad experience... Later after 2 days same electrician comes back and demands money for the same work, very unprofessional, pls do not contact inexperienced housejoy for any services, they overcharge u and misguide u spending lots of money, the electrician name is nayaz baig and the service date was 29th august 2016...
