Last week i went online to get my Samsung laptop repaired. i approached
Housejoy.in online and submitted the required information they asked for.
i got a call from the company they verified my address and all and they sent an Engineer to take care of the issue in no time. i was impressed at first with the response and services i got. but, the next day when i tried to open my CD ROM
it wont open and my headset ports are also not working now. i tried calling the engineer several times but he never responded back. meanwhile i received a call from housejoy feedback department regarding the services i recently used. i explained him the issues i am facing but he wasn't paying attention to my problems and he kept asking me how was my experience and how would i like to rate them etc. he didn't even realized that i was complaining (strange). i had a single problem in my laptop now i am having two after paying 800 INR. it feels like i bought more problems then i had.
