Fraud company which receive Money From Customer On Name Of Provider of Bulk SMS Service At Lowest Cost After Receiving Payment They can't give you any type of service and not a receive call from any person of HSPSMS. I Have Purchased 1.5 Lack Transactional SMS From HSPSMS Media Network But After Few Days SMS Are NOT Delivered End User. Also they can change the sms priority without any confirmation. No Of Person In This Fraud Company Are as Maduresh = [protected], Abhishek = [protected], HIMADRI=[protected], JULLE=[protected], KAVYA=[protected], RUTVA=[protected] These are The Guy's Making Fraud With Customer On Name Of Bulk SMS Service Provider Just Take Payment And Now Not Responding to My Calls Even To Receiving To my Calls Please Friends Stay Away From This Fraud Company Even don't Purchase From Them I have lost my money at HSPSMS. I have just become their re-seller since last 1 week... there are issues no doubt about that but...
1. They are listening to my complaint & attending calls
2. The messages are delivering but... LATE (really bad service.. improve this)
3. Yes... according to complaint... the counting is wrong (I won't say Fraud but not a quality work in software)
& Madhuresh Bhai... the TRAI rule is not applying to all. I have confirmed that by myself so it is sure thing that you must improve your service.
Thats it... the complaints are true & confirmed
