Hi team,
I brought the honor 7x mobile on 15th dec 2017 via amazon, with in a month its not working.. Keep on flickering the display, i have to make hard reset the mobile every time. I called customer care and requested to transfer the call to the manager, but they have cut the call, this is how you are treating the customer!! This is really bad and i need the clear explanation about the problem.. With in a month if the product is not working, is this how you are giving fake is promise to customers. Then we have to visit the service center and have wait for a month.. May i know why do we need to wait for that time, you have to give good product to customers, or else dont give fake promises. My problem has to be resolved at the earliest.
